Where is RISE located?

Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available on site at The Grand Hotel, just moments from the entrance to RISE.
How early should I arrive?
We invite you to arrive ten minutes before your experience. Arrival is part of the ritual: a warm welcome, a moment to settle, and time to leave the day at the door.
What is the RISE Pause?
Every treatment concludes with our signature Pause: a quiet cup of tea in the lounge, with no rush to leave. Please allow an extra fifteen to twenty minutes for it. It is the part guests remember most.
Do I need to be a hotel guest?
Not at all. RISE welcomes hotel guests and neighbours alike. Many of our regulars simply live nearby.
