These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RISE Beauty & Wellness website and your booking and use of our beauty and wellness services. By using the site, making a reservation, or visiting us, you agree to these Terms.

RISE Beauty & Wellness (“RISE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates inside the grand hotel at 865 W. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087.

When you book with us you are reserving time set aside specifically for you. Reservations are made through our website or booking partner and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment so the guests after you are not delayed, and the full service may still be charged.

Because each reservation holds dedicated time and an artist, we ask that you give us reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel. Cancellations made without adequate notice, and missed appointments, may be subject to a fee as disclosed at the time of booking.

The specific notice window and any applicable fees are shown during booking and may be updated from time to time.

Prices for our experiences and enhancements are shown at the time of booking and may change. Payments and any deposits are processed by our third-party booking and payment providers; by paying, you also agree to those providers’ terms.

Gratuities, where offered, are at your discretion. Applicable taxes are added as required by law.

Memberships and packages (such as Rise & Repeat) are subject to the specific terms presented at purchase, including price, billing frequency, what is included, and how to change or cancel. Please review those terms before purchasing, as they form part of your agreement with us.

For your safety and comfort, please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, injuries, or medications that could affect your treatment. We may decline or modify a service where we believe it is in the interest of your health and safety.

Our services are for relaxation, beauty, and general wellness. They are not medical care and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any health concerns.

RISE is a calm, respectful space. We ask all guests to treat our team and other guests with courtesy. We may decline or end a service, without refund, in cases of disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

The RISE name, logo, site design, text, and imagery are owned by RISE Beauty & Wellness or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

Booking, payment, and certain other features are provided through third parties, and our site may link to services operated by others, including The Grand Hotel. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

The website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RISE and its owners, staff, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RISE and its owners, staff, and partners from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
